K2 BANDEX Self Adhesive Exhaust Muffler Repair Bandage Heat Resistant Tape 100cm

•      Bandex Exhaust Repair Tape 100cm is a self-adhesive repair tape specially designed to fix exhausts of all kinds.

It seals small holes and tears in the exhaust system and it is suitable for all types of vehicles.

Very economical and capable of withstanding high temperatures.

The sealing tape does not contain asbestos.                                                       

Application                                                  

The surface to be repaired must be cold. dry.

clean and without residue oils or lubricants.

Remove the protective strip on the back of the band and wrap the tape around the body to be sealed.

The tape should be so wound around the surface so that it forms about 2.5cm overlap.

Start the engine.

The heat from the exhaust pipe. causes the tape to contract and as a result. the hole is perfectly sealed.

If the hole to be sealed is very large. it is advisable to first fill the hole with K2 Mefix and are then. proceed to wrapping with Bandex.
