NOVOL Bumper Fix Putty is designed for the repairs of plastics (including car bumpers)   

It has very high flexibility and excellent adhesion.  

Satisfactory adhesion to polypropylene allows application on not primed surface.

Now you can  repair your bumper by yourself  

Bumper Fix is a product for levelling the surface of plastic parts including

• Bumpers Rear mirror housing 

• Trims 

• Mudguards and many more     

• For use on surfaces such as 

• Plastics with the exception of PE and 

• PTFE       

• Steel

• Galvanized steel

• Aluminium

• Two component acrylic primers

• Old paint coatings                                                                                                            

Compatible Bumper Black Texture Spray Paint available in our  Shop 

• Can be painted 

• Colour: Dark grey 

• Mixing ratio:  

Putty Bumper Fix – 100 parts by weight  – hardener – 2 to 3 parts by weigh

Drying time: 

approximately 30 to 45 min At 20 C 

The content of volatile organic compounds – VOC limit. (Ref. II / B / b) = 250 g / L – VOC = 90 g / L  

Do not apply directly onto the  (primer) adhesion increaser (type plus 700 Novol). reactive primers (wash primers). one-component acrylic and nitrocellulose.  

 How to use

 Clean. sand. degrease surface thoroughly    

Mix well in proportions 100 : 2-3 to get even colour.  

Apply a layer with a thickness not exceeding 3 mm.  

The minimum application temperature is + 10 C. 

Starts setting after 5-8 minutes 

Curing time approximately :

30-45 minutes at temperature 20 C
