STYROFOAM ADHESIVE GLUE FOR SPONGE POLYSTYRENE PU foam CORK LEATHER FELT FABRICS               

A perfect.  colourless quick curing adhesive based on ethyl alcohol and polyvinyl acetate dispersion and modifier additives.

It is mainly designed for joining delicate materials such as:  sponge.  PU foam.  foamed polystyrene.  cork.  leather.  chamois leather.  felt fabrics.  card board with most building materials and even with different kind of metals e.g.  steel and aluminium.  

This product is offered on the market as a universal adhesive because it bonds very easily almost all materials(except PP.  PE and PTFE)  giving colourless joints.  

If you bond bigger surfaces you should pay attention that one of the materials should transmit the air in order to evaporate the solvent.

How to use

The surfaces to be joined have to be cleaned and degreased.  

Apply the adhesive to the surfaces being bonded and leave it for some time so as to evaporate the solvent.  

The adhesive squeezed out from the tube may be evenly spread on the whole surface using a spatula or a piece of card boards.  

You can also apply the adhesive only to one of the surfaces being bonded and join it with the other one and immediately separate the joined materials Bond the materials for good after partial drying. 

The time from applying the adhesive to bonding hesitates from a few to 30 minutes.depends on a temperature of environment.  

The adhesive film should be dry in touch so that your fingers won’t stick.  

It ensures immediate joining after clamping without a possibility of getting unstuck or displacement. 

If very high breaking forces occur the bonded materials should be immobilized for several hours till the complete bonding.join at temperatures exceeding 5°C.  

The joint is resistant to temperatures up to 60°C.
