At Car Shine System, we take pride in the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
The item must be in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
The following items cannot be returned:
Used or opened products
Custom or special-order items
Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and issued to your original method of payment.
Please note:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund where appropriate.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us first.
